Who we are
Proposio AI is operated from the EU. This policy explains what personal data we process and why. It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.
Data we process
Account data (name, email, hashed password), organization and business profile, quotes and customer details you enter, usage and billing metadata, and technical logs. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers.
Legal bases
We process data to provide the service (contract), for legitimate interests (security, product improvement) and with consent for optional analytics cookies.
AI processing
Text you submit for quote generation is sent to our AI provider to produce your document. We minimize context and do not use your customer data to train third-party models.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Data retention
We retain account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards according to our configurable retention policy, unless you delete it sooner.
